Carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB) are commonly resistant to nearly all antibiotics and have become one of the main causes of pneumonia, wound, bloodstream, and urinary tract infections in patients in intensive care units. CRAB is on top of the global priority list of antibiotic resistant bacteria for developing new antibiotics by the World Health Organization. Safe and effective therapies are urgently needed for the treatment of CRAB infections. TenNor is currently pursue a promising series of compounds with potential for the treatment of CRAB infections.
